How do you access the sleeping loft?

Most customers install a ladder or compact staircase. The loft opening is designed for easy access. Some customers build in a permanent staircase as a custom addition.

What's the headroom in the loft?

The gambrel roof creates usable space in the loft. At the center peak, you'll have standing room. The usable area tapers toward the edges. Most people can sit comfortably throughout the loft — it's designed for sleeping and storage.

What is 'loft over porch'?

The standard covered porch sits in front of the cabin. With the loft-over-porch option, the sleeping loft extends out over the porch area, giving you even more loft square footage. It's one of the most popular upgrades on this model.

Can I have this delivered to rural acreage?

Yes. We deliver throughout East Texas and DFW, including rural properties. As long as our delivery truck can access the site (at least 12' wide path), we can get it there. Contact us for delivery to remote locations.
