Do I need experience selling portable buildings?

Experience helps, but it isn't required. What matters most is a solid, visible location, the drive to sell, and a market that can support the product. We'll train you on the buildings themselves.

What kind of location do I need?

A visible commercial lot or display space with room for several buildings and good drive-by traffic. Tell us what you have (or what you're looking at) in the application — we'll help you evaluate it.

What does it cost to get started?

There's no application fee. Inventory and program terms are covered in your approval conversation — we'll walk you through the wholesale pricing sheet and what a starting display typically looks like.

Who handles delivery and warranty?

Atlas builds every structure and handles delivery logistics from our Texas facilities. Warranty claims come back to us — you sell, we stand behind the product.

Can my customers get financing or rent-to-own?

Yes. Financing and rent-to-own options are available to qualified buyers, which makes closing on your lot significantly easier.
