Up to 24' wide and 60' long. At 24x60, that's 1,440 square feet — a real house. All sizes use engineered trusses for structural integrity.

Can I finance a Supreme Cottage?

Absolutely. We offer traditional financing, rent-to-own (no credit check), and cash discounts. Given the higher price point of the Supreme Cottage, financing is how most customers purchase this model.

Is this the same as a modular or manufactured home?

No — Atlas buildings are portable buildings, not manufactured homes. The regulatory requirements are different. However, many customers use the Supreme Cottage as a tiny home, guest house, or Airbnb. Check your local codes for specific use requirements.
