No. The Bargain Barn uses the same LP SmartSide siding with 50-year warranty, the same Behr premium paint, and the same treated wood bottom band. It's more affordable because it has shorter 6' walls, 24" stud spacing instead of 16", and fewer standard features. The construction quality is identical.

Why does this one only go up to 12x14?

The Bargain Barn is designed as a compact, budget-friendly option. For larger sizes, we recommend the Classic Barn or Pro Lofted Barn, which share the same barn-style roof but offer taller walls and more space.

Can I add a shingled roof instead of metal?

Yes, a shingled roof upgrade is available at extra cost. The standard metal roof is a 40-year 29-gauge colored steel that performs excellently in Texas weather.
